EMEA Immigration Manager based London or South East [MPI-01065]

An independent provider of global immigration services to international corporations is expanding its London operation with opening for an Immigration Manager, EMEA to provide full corporate immigration case management.

Role: EMEA Immigration Manager, based London or South East [MPI-01065]

This is an autonomous, work-from-home role based in the UK.  The successful candidate will be an experienced immigration professional, responsible for a caseload into the UK and EMEA, in collaboration with local partners, and assisting with consultative immigration matters for corporate global clients.

Responsibilities:
• Remaining abreast of all relevant rules, laws and best practice affecting the company’s core activities in UK inbound and international immigration.
• Act as point of client contact and escalations
• Act as point of contact for Relationship Management and other company personnel
• Ensuring adherence to OISC Rules and Codes of Conduct
• Taking an active role in knowledge sharing within the company
• Remaining abreast of company policies, procedures, and technical systems
• Participate in Business Development opportunities
• Oversee Immigration Partners’ compliance and quality of work
• Approve invoices and review/approve closed cases
• Manage vendor and 3rd party relationships
• Be responsible for casework, advice to clients and general service delivery
• Ensuring that all enquiries and service agreements are dealt with in line with agreed service standards and in the short term and in the long term interests of the company and the client
• Face to face client meetings
• Home Office/Other authority liaison
• Some travel overseas may be required

Candidate Requirements:
• OISC Level 1/SRA qualified
• Minimum of 7 years’ corporate immigration experience with UK inbound casework and EMEA / global matters
• Technical expertise commensurate with years of experience
• Account Management experience would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised

This is a hands-on, technical role, with a mix of giving advice directly based on UK qualification and working with vendors to manage cases outside the UK.

Salary Guide: £55,000 – 75,000
