HR Transformation Programme Manager FTC based London [MPI-01077]

A leading international organisation which has dealing with over 100 countries across the globe is now looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join its team on a 12 – 18 month fixed term contract.

Role: HR Transformation Programme Manager based London FTC 12 – 18 months [MPI-01077]

Scope:  The Programme Manager provides leadership for a large programme and will take ownership for a major component of the largest global programmes within the organisation. The role will be responsible for leading a defined set of interdependent projects and associated business change activities. The Programme Manager will work to drive effective programme initiation, design and business change implementation throughout.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

▪ Develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the Programme and roadmap for change ensuring alignment with plans, policies and objectives
▪ Lead the development and maintenance of the Programme Delivery Plan
▪ Work closely with the regions to negotiate and agree realistic timetable and targets
▪ Ensure the programme is structured, staffed, resourced and motivated effectively
▪ Provide wider leadership of Project Management activity through formal line management of individuals working across different projects
▪ Provide high quality and timely support to the Programme Director to enable the development of new initiatives through Business Case development to delivery
▪ Develop appropriate quality assurance, reporting and evaluation procedures
▪ Build and maintain external networks to access, absorb and apply professional best practice to develop and improve the internal project management methodology
▪ Lead the development and management of senior relationships across the organisation
▪ Identify, cultivate and secure long-term strategic alliances and partnerships
▪ Ensure the organisation meets all relevant internal and external compliance requirements (financial, HR, quality management, regulatory, etc.)
▪ Review agreed corporate risk management protocols
▪ Lead post implementation programme reviews identifying areas for improvement

Skills & Experience

• University degree or equivalent
• Professional programme management qualification (e.g. MSP, MPA, PMI, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and manager large programmes for multinational organisations
• Ability to plan, structure and manage the scope of a programme delivering tangible outputs
• Experience of leading a global HR transformation programme
• Fluent English is essential, other languages are desirable

Salary:  Commensurate with experience
