Lead Mobility Advisor, based London [MPI-01055]

A global assignment management and relocation services company is seeking a Lead Mobility Advisor with client services experience to join their London team.

Role: Lead Mobility Advisor, based London [MPI-01055]

Scope:

• To act as a single point of contact for senior level assignees and their families
• To train, coach and support the team
• To communicate and roll out process improvements

Responsibilities:

• Lead contact for VIP Assignees providing high touch support throughout the relocation process
• Meeting / travelling to meet the VIP assignees where required
• Conduct face to face meetings, Skype calls, phone calls, etc. to quickly build up a rapport with the assignee to enhance the customer experience
• Liaise with executive assignees and coordinating services according to requirements
• Liaise with Corporate clients to gather necessary information and documentation
• Act as subject matter expert for operational questions and customer service issues
• Manage client relationships on a day to day basis
• Lead training and development of the team ensuring knowledge gaps are filled as appropriate
• Coach, train and mentor the team to achieve outstanding customer service satisfaction
• Provide regular progress reports for clients
• Ensure that the internal system is kept fully populated and up to date
• Liaise with destination services consultants, landlords and estate agents on tenancy matters
• Support VIP assignee in person where required (housing check in / out)
• Supervise team in the absence of the Team Leader
• Stay up to date with trends and standards within the industry

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the international relocation industry
• Working knowledge/experience of the Household Goods Service Delivery
• Experience of managing a team, training and development advantageous
• Fluency in English is vital, additional languages being a bonus
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity
• Proven record of high customer satisfaction results with VIP assignees
• Ability to set priorities, manage time and workload meeting strict deadlines
• Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making
• Strong IT skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness (invoicing / job costing)

Remuneration guide:  Commensurate with experience
