Mobility Advisor, based London [MPI-01054]

A global assignment management and relocation services company is seeking a Mobility Advisor with corporate moving services experience to join the London team.

Role: Mobility Advisor, based London [MPI-01054]

The Mobility Advisor manages a caseload of relocating employees and their families, internationally, and is responsible for managing the entire relocation process: coordinating all services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately create and maintain employee files and databases, utilizing systems to efficiently manage customer files across all relevant parties
  • Ensure that systems are updated with service process and provision of information is data privacy compliant
  • Comply with financial tasks to assure accurate and timely invoicing, including drafting of invoices, review internal and third party invoices to ensure alignment of service and invoice
  • Coordinate and follow-up on all services performed
  • Liaise with assignees to implement, coordinate and manage mobility and household goods services, as the primary contact
  • Liaise with corporate clients where necessary to gather information or documentation to complete services, clarify service or policy provision.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with client periodically and be based at client site when required
  • Participate in regular account-specific communication sessions, team meetings, and learning services to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure assignee and client satisfaction on all services are within KPIs /SLAs
  • Facilitate resolution of exceptions and escalations as per client operational guidelines.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience (>12 months ideally) in delivery of corporate moving /relocation services
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and display tact and discretion at all times.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.
  • Confident can do attitude
  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness

Remuneration guide: £28,000 per annum
