Mobility Consultant 3-6 month FTC based Manchester [MPI-01175]

A leading worldwide provider of relocation and moving solutions seeks an experienced mobility consultant to join their Manchester team on a temporary basis.

The Role: Global Mobility Consultant, based Manchester 3 – 6 months FTC [MPI-01175]

Scope:

The Consultant acts as the primary point of coordination providing service delivery to a key client and their global assignees on numerous types of assignments (expats, repatriations, permanent and short-term assignments).

Responsibilities:

• The Global Mobility Consultant must have an understanding of all aspects of clients’ international policy
• Coordinating and providing assistance in all areas of relocation (policy counselling, assignment management; destination services; household goods coordination; tenancy management; intercultural training; visa/ immigration services and expense management)
• International Assignment Policy counselling / exception management
• Updating in-house database to track all aspects of the assignment
• Liaising with client contact
• Expense management / third party invoices
• Data Collation for reporting and service level agreement upkeep
• Send and collect customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years direct relocation experience
• Must have consultative, listening and people skills
• Excellent English required, other languages are advantageous
• Able to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced office environment
• Ability to manage assignee and client expectations
• Computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and job related systems
