Move Coordinator based London [MPI-01103]

A major independent move management company has an immediate opening for a move coordinator to join their London Headquarters.

The Role: International Move Coordinator, based London [MPI-01103]

Requirements:

• Coordinating all aspects of the removals process from start to finish – produce quotes, maintain files, pricing, prepare all necessary export and import documentation accurately
• Proactively assist clients with queries, seeking out information and tracking on database
• Seek out opportunities to sell services to assignees and accounts
• Provide a first class service to all customers with accurate and prompt communication
• Book third party services where necessary ensuring costs are passed on to the customer
• Provide accurate booking requests listing all necessary requirements to the Operations Department for all moving, extractions, inspections, collections and deliveries
• Check outstanding debt on storage contracts prior to booking extractions
• Action insurance declarations in line with Company procedures
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship within the team, other departments, agents, subcontractor and suppliers
• Anticipate potential issues and responds to complaints by escalating where appropriate
• Ensure relevant parties receive the necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure the efficient delivery of the removals process

• Anticipate potential issues and responds to complaints by escalating where appropriate
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless service
• Assist team with problem solving and sharing information
• Deal in an ethical and honest manner at all times


Candidate Requirements
:

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, as well as strong administration and time management skills
• Work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience of dealing with customer over the telephone or email
• Ability to listen, problem solve and find innovative solutions
• IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Accurate costing
• Team player

This role requires a high level of attention to detail.  The successful candidate will be someone who prides themselves in providing high levels of customer service and is willing to go the extra mile.

Remuneration guide:  £25k – £33k commensurate with experience
