Regional Immigration Manager [MPI-01077]

A leading relocation services company with an International presence is seeking an experienced immigration manager to join its team to be based in London, Frankfurt or Madrid.

Role: Regional Immigration Manager, based London [MPI-01077]

Scope:  To supervise the management of immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from assignees and clients alike.

• To take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and consistency of regional immigration services, for both in-house direct delivered and supplier managed services
• To act as internal escalation point for Immigration Consultants and to provide advice on handling complex immigration issues
• To act as resource for internal colleagues if regional immigration issues are escalated by clients
• To monitor the quality of service delivery and proactively intervene when service failure is anticipated
• To assist supply chain team in the selection and management of respective vendors.
• To ensure profitable delivery of regional immigration service
• To ensure that the regional team have access to appropriate resources to enable them to carry out immigration service management effectively
• To ensure prompt and accurate invoicing
• To carry out regular appraisals of all regional team members with a view to actively managing the individual’s performance
• Monitor and make improvements to the efficiency of the team
• To provide regular immigration and immigration service delivery training for regional immigration Consultants, with external expert input where necessary
• To be knowledgeable of specific service requirements of each account handled by your team and to perform accordingly
• Maintain and develop procedures and processes to ensure continuous immigration compliance
• Ensure immigration laws are adhered to, and correct any breaches

• Extensive experience of the immigration industry of the region as a whole
• Experience of corporate account management
• Strong cultural awareness of the region
• Strong team management experience, ideally both in person and remotely
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
• Enthusiastic attitude to change
• Passionate about providing good customer service
• Good aptitude in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
